The Best Companies survey takes anonymous answers from employees on what they really think about where they work, in order to rank businesses and provide a roadmap to improvement. We’re thrilled to say that Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) scored highly for Q1 2023 and were named as the #31 Best Large Company to work for in the UK!
An important yearly landmark for ITG, the Best Companies survey is something that we’ve been a part of for several years, and its findings have helped to shape a number of policies and initiatives in our business.
It’s a fantastic achievement just to feature in their league tables, and a great showcase of the work our teams are doing to consistently enhance the ITG experience for our colleagues.

In addition to coming #31 amongst large companies in the whole of the UK, we ranked as the #6 Best Marketing & Media Agency to work for in the country.
Best Companies also found us in the top 20 for large companies in both London and the West Midlands, coming in #15 and #18 respectively.
