We help Bayer to optimise the impact of their campaigns, providing iterative insights and feedback using a test-and-learn approach to better understand their customers and consistently deliver excellent results.

With innovation at the heart of everything we do, we also facilitated the global rollout of Salesforce Interaction Studio, empowering Bayer’s brands to accurately profile customers’ preferences and interests which in turn enables them to deliver hyper-personalised communications at scale.

Our Salesforce solution is used by 160+ Bayer internal colleagues, 16 partners and 20 workstreams, and continues to be an integral part of the new go-to-market model.
