Ensuring customer safety was an absolute priority for Greene King upon the reopening of its locations, and Team ITG helped ensure regulations were clearly conveyed with an enormous, wide-reaching campaign.
Reopening the hospitality sector following lockdown was always going to be challenging in terms of logistics, with incredibly tight deadlines and ensuring customer safety remained a top priority.
Greene King was no exception to this and enlisted the help of Team ITG for a comprehensive reopening campaign, providing safety and hygiene signage for 1,600 locations, delivered over three phases.
The scale of the campaign was staggering – in total, our 24/7 multichannel content studio produced 125 master artworks, while the total volume of print stood at an astonishing 1,497,860 items.
This translated to 18,000 parcels delivered across Greene King’s nationwide estate, featuring everything from all-weather pavement vinyls to foamex signage, badges and t-shirts.
We’ve worked with Greene King for over a decade, with a dedicated account team on-site at their Burton-on-Trent office. We produce not only all of the pub chain’s print and POS, but also support them with additional Team ITG services, such digital, web development, social media, strategic creative, content production and innovation. Recently, we’ve been integral in Greene King’s re-opening strategy lockdown.
