At Team ITG, our people have always been at the heart of everything we do, and our CEO and founder, Simon Ward, spoke to EY to explain how a unique culture of innovation and collaboration has been the driving force behind our exponential growth.

Our teams embody a can-do attitude, unwavering commitment and an ethos of outstanding customer service that brings major global brands to our door. Living by these values has ensured that we’ve continued to grow and even flourish in the face of the many challenges which have arisen over the past year. That’s why our first priority at the onset of COVID-19 was to provide a support system for our loyal staff and customers, putting mental health and motivation at the core of our activity.

Alongside a raft of existing wellbeing initiatives that have been integral to Team ITG for the past decade and more, we doubled down with our Stronger Together programme, including everything from daily yoga and fitness sessions to mental health seminars and Inspired Events with special guests, from astronauts to comedians, all made available to our staff, customers and even local schools.

As well as our amazing people, Simon discussed the power of Team ITG’s CanopyCloud technology, looking at how the pandemic has brought home the importance of marketing operations being fully connected, no matter where in the world you’re working from. With the emphasis on digital having been accelerated so significantly in such a short space of time, marketing automation has gone from relevant to essential for every global business, and CanopyCloud is leading the way in this ‘work from anywhere’ world.
