From content creation and scheduling to hardware installation, we loved supporting our clients at Costa Coffee as they attended the Coca-Cola Global Leadership Conference 2023 in Cairo. We helped showcase the brand’s amazing offering through the power of our connected creative services and Storyteq marketing technology – led by our Chief Customer Officer, Dave Greatbatch.
Our relationship with Costa is ever evolving, as we manage content strategy, creative production, animation and content scheduling for their UK & Ireland operations across 1,800 locations (7,000 screens).
What’s more, content automation and store-level segmentation are now facilitated by an integration with our Storyteq marketing technology, so it’s easier and quicker than ever for Costa to get new content to market.
With such a close partnership between our two businesses, we were delighted to be asked to support Costa at the Coca-Cola Global Leadership Conference 2023 in Cairo.
Taking place from the 14th to the 16th of March, our teams developed and installed Costa’s hardware, provided the CMS and content scheduling throughout the event, and produced bespoke creative content and 3D animations.
Solutions were delivered for behind-counter menus, along with support content ranging from the Costa Express Marlow 1.2 machine to the Proud to Serve initiative and the brand’s Freddo FMCG product.
The conference was a huge success for Costa as they showcased their incredible offering to global delegates and representatives from the wider Coca-Cola brand umbrella, with support from Team ITG led by our Chief Customer Officer, Dave Greatbatch.
